While the primary offending user has been suspended for the unauthorised distribution of Eggy products, our investigation also found your account to be directly connected to the same website.
The evidence further indicates that you supplied that website with Lunareth, a product you obtained legitimately from Eggy during the period in which it was offered free of charge. This is significant because the other offending member did not have access to Lunareth through Eggy, yet the product subsequently appeared on the same unauthorised distribution platform.
Taken together with your identified premium membership and activity on that website, this forms part of the wider evidence considered when determining that your account had participated in the unauthorised redistribution of Eggy products.
This is not being treated as a minor or technical breach. Eggy takes the unauthorised distribution of both free and paid products extremely seriously, particularly where those products are subsequently used as part of a premium membership or paid-access service without our permission.
