This includes:

• A purchase not appearing on your account.
• Problems accessing a purchased download.
• Licence or entitlement questions.
• Update-access questions.
• Problems associated with an order.
• Questions about which licence or product you need.
• Customer account access relating to a purchase.

For your security, do not post sensitive information publicly.

Never include:

• Passwords.
• Payment card details.
• PayPal account information.
• Licence keys.
• Full transaction details.
• Any other private account credentials.

If we need an order reference, transaction ID or other private information to investigate your issue, we will tell you how to provide it safely.

For technical problems with the product itself, please use Add-on Support.

For reproducible software defects, please use Bug Reports.

When creating a thread here, include the product name and a clear description of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.
