Found something that isn't working correctly? Report it here.
A useful bug report should give enough information for the problem to be reproduced.
Please include:

If the issue only affects a particular style, browser, device or third-party add-on combination, mention that too.

We want to know what would make our add-ons more useful, easier to use or more powerful.

Other members are welcome to discuss suggestions and add their own ideas.
Suggestions are not guarantees or confirmed roadmap items, but popular and practical ideas may influence future releases.
Don't be afraid to suggest something ambitious. Some of the best features start with somebody asking, “Could it do this?”

Use this forum for help relating to purchases, licences, downloads and customer access.
Examples include:
For your security, never post passwords, payment card information, PayPal account details, licence keys or other sensitive information publicly.
If we need private information such as an order reference or transaction identifier, we will tell you how to provide it privately.
Technical problems with the product itself belong in Add-on Support or Bug Reports.
We'll do our best to get purchase and access issues sorted as quickly as possible.
