Eggy Admin Log Search is a free XenForo 2.3.x administration utility that brings XenForo’s existing administrative logs together into one central search and investigation workspace.
Instead of jumping between multiple Admin CP areas to investigate activity, Eggy Admin Log Search makes it easier to search supported log sources, investigate users and IP addresses across different records, apply detailed filters, save useful searches and export results to CSV.
The add-on works directly with data XenForo already stores. It does not create a duplicate logging system, copy native log data into additional tables or send administrative information to external services.

Cross-Log Investigation
Investigate usernames and IP addresses across multiple supported XenForo sources.
This makes it easier to follow activity across different areas of the Admin CP when reviewing moderation activity, administrative changes, spam events, rejected registrations, errors, bans or other incidents.
Advanced Filtering
Available filters vary depending on the selected log source and can include:
- User or administrator
- IP address
- Action or activity type
- Date range
- Newest or oldest results first
The filter interface remains compact when not required so the actual log results remain the focus of the page.
Overview Statistics
The overview gives administrators an immediate snapshot of the available logging environment, including:
- Number of supported sources available
- Records recorded today
- Sources restricted by permissions
Saved Searches
Frequently used searches and filter combinations can be saved for quick access later.
This is useful for recurring investigations involving specific users, IP addresses, actions or log sources without having to rebuild the same filters each time.
CSV Export
Filtered results can be exported to CSV for further investigation, reporting or record keeping.
Export access is controlled separately so administrators can decide who is permitted to retrieve log data.
Permission Aware
Eggy Admin Log Search respects relevant XenForo administrator permissions alongside its own dedicated permissions.
Administrators only gain access to supported log information they are authorised to view.
Lightweight by Design
Eggy Admin Log Search does not duplicate XenForo’s native log records.
It searches and presents information XenForo already maintains, avoiding unnecessary duplication of potentially large administrative datasets.
