Maintenance update following XenForo 2.3.13. Refreshes the affected file health hash for ROM Console.

ROM Console 1.0.2 is a maintenance and reliability release focused on runtime correctness, security, upgrade safety and configuration consistency.

This release includes fixes for payment webhook handling, leaderboard scoring and filtering, guest access controls, global enable/disable behaviour, preserved-data reinstall migrations, cloud autosave timing, Recent Games limits, reward settings in the dedicated player, ROM ownership confirmation and multi-decimal currency handling.

ROM ownership confirmation is now explicitly required before a new local ROM is added to the user's library.

A number of internal integrity and release packaging improvements have also been completed, including corrected XenForo file-health hashes and cleaner base runtime packaging.

Existing ROM Console data and settings are preserved during upgrade.

Initial public release of Eggy ROM Console 1.0.1. Includes browser-based retro gaming with bundled EmulatorJS runtime, controller/keyboard/mobile play, local ROM verification, cloud saves, achievements, XP and ranks, rewards, leaderboards, wallet and trading features, guest play, moderation tools, native XenForo permissions and full Admin CP management.
