Premium, Billing and Cancellation Policy
Premium provides additional features while an active entitlement is present.
The features included may change as the service develops.
Premium entitlement
Premium access may be provided through:
Premium features remain available only for the period shown on the account.
Trials
Where a Premium trial is available:
Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal.
Where the current period has already been paid, Premium entitlement normally continues until the displayed entitlement end date.
Cancellation does not normally remove the remaining paid period immediately.
Expiry and downgrade
When Premium expires:
Users should reduce their configuration to the Free limits before entitlement expires where possible.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
A chargeback or payment reversal may result in permanent account suspension.
Where the account holder believes a payment was incorrect, they should contact support before opening a chargeback.
An appeal may be considered where there is evidence of error, fraud or exceptional circumstances.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the current refund policy and the circumstances of the payment.
Cancellation and refund are not the same action.
Cancelling prevents renewal; it does not automatically reverse a completed payment.
Feature availability
Premium features, prices and limits may be updated.
Material changes will normally be announced, but urgent security or reliability changes may be applied without advance notice.

- A manually granted entitlement.

Trials
Where a Premium trial is available:
- The trial is limited to eligible accounts.
- A trial may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
- Trial features end when the entitlement expires.
- Creating additional accounts to repeat a trial is prohibited.
