Read Before Posting in Account Support

Use this forum for help with:

• Website registration problems.
• Dashboard login problems.
• Forgotten passwords.
• Password-reset emails.
• Missing or incorrect account email addresses.
• Account recovery.
• Suspended or restricted accounts.
• Problems after an account has been restored.
• Suspected unauthorised account access.

Information to include

To help us investigate, include:

• Your BNC username.
• The approximate time the problem occurred.
• The page or feature you were using.
• The exact error message shown.
• Whether you were signing in with your username or email address.
• Whether the issue affects the dashboard, your BNC connection or both.
• Whether you have already requested a password-reset email.

Never post private credentials

Do not include:

• Your password.
• A full BNC connection command containing your password.
• A password-reset link.
• An email-verification or account-recovery link.
• Session cookies or browser authentication data.
• Screenshots containing private credentials.

Important: Account registration is now completed through the website only. IRC and Eggdrop registration has been discontinued.

Create a separate thread for your own account problem rather than adding private account information to another user's support thread.
