How to Enable IRC Inbox
IRC Inbox must be enabled before private-message threads can be discovered in the dashboard.
Enable the feature
Module status
After saving, review the module-status field.
Expected status:
The status may also confirm that the inbox folder is ready.
If the module remains inactive
Save the settings again once to re-synchronise the account.
If it still reports as inactive:
Private-message threads will appear after IRC Inbox is enabled and supported thread data has been created.

- Sign in to the dashboard.
- Open IRC Inbox.
- Find Inbox Settings.
- Enable Enable IRC Inbox logging for this account.
- Choose whether message previews should be shown.
- Select a retention period.
- Select Save IRC Inbox Settings.

- Refresh the dashboard.
- Confirm Premium is active.
- Record the exact module-status message.
- Create an IRC Inbox Support thread.
