IRC Inbox Is Empty or No Threads Appear

An empty Thread List does not always indicate a fault.

The dashboard may show that IRC Inbox is active but no visible private-message threads are currently available.

Check the feature status

Confirm:

• Premium is active.
• IRC Inbox is enabled.
• The inbox module reports as active.
• At least one private-message thread has been recorded.
• The threads have not been hidden.
• The selected retention period covers the expected message date.

Refresh the inbox

Use:

Refresh inbox

and allow the thread discovery request to complete.

Check hidden threads

If the dashboard reports hidden threads, use the restore control.

Check your normal IRC client

Confirm whether the private message appears in your IRC client or Web Chat.

If it appears there but never appears in IRC Inbox, include that fact in your support thread.

Newly enabled accounts

Private-message threads appear after IRC Inbox is enabled and thread data has been created.

Enabling the feature does not guarantee that every earlier message will automatically become available.
