Understanding Dashboard Reply Statuses
Dashboard replies may display one of several processing states.
Pending
A pending reply has been accepted by the dashboard and placed into the queue.
It has not yet been confirmed as sent.
Allow the external worker time to process it.
Sent
A sent status means the worker completed the reply attempt successfully.
The newest sent reply remains visible in the thread.
Older sent replies may be collapsed behind a control such as:
Failed
A failed status means the worker could not complete the reply.
The dashboard may display a last-error message.
Possible causes include:
Before retrying
Check:
Do not repeatedly resubmit the same reply without checking the original status.

- The selected IRC network is disconnected.
- The saved credential is no longer valid.
- The BNC password was changed.
- The target thread is no longer available.
- A temporary worker or connection error occurred.
Before retrying
Check:
- The network is connected.
- Dashboard replies still report as enabled.
- Your account password has not changed.
- The exact failure message.
Do not repeatedly resubmit the same reply without checking the original status.
